Building financial expertise through structured learning and practical skill development

Built From Real Experience

We started teaching financial modeling because we needed these skills ourselves and couldn't find training that actually worked.

What began as internal training sessions in 2019 grew into something bigger when colleagues from other firms started asking if they could join.

Our Beginning

Started With A Problem Worth Solving

Back in 2018, our founder spent six months trying to master financial modeling through online courses and textbooks. Most materials either skipped crucial details or covered theory without showing how things worked in actual business scenarios.

After building models for three different companies and seeing what actually mattered versus what courses taught, the gap became obvious. Real modeling involves messy data, unclear requirements, and constant revisions. Traditional education never addressed this reality.

So we started running workshops focused on the practical challenges we faced daily. By 2020, those workshops had become full programs. Today we work with finance professionals across Southeast Asia who need skills that translate directly to their work.

What Guides Our Work

These aren't aspirational statements. They're how we actually make decisions about curriculum, teaching methods, and which projects we take on.

Realistic Applications

Every model we teach comes from actual projects. We show you the version that worked and the three versions that didn't, because learning happens in the mistakes.

Clear Explanations

If you don't understand something, that's our failure to explain it properly. We break down complex concepts until they make sense, without pretending things are simpler than they are.

Ongoing Support

Questions don't stop when the course ends. Many participants reach out months later when they hit specific challenges, and we help them work through it.

How We Teach Financial Modeling

Our method comes from years of seeing what works and what wastes people's time. We focus on building models that solve actual business problems rather than memorizing formulas.

Start With Business Context

Before touching spreadsheets, we make sure you understand what the model needs to accomplish and who will use it. Technical skills matter, but only when applied to the right problem.

Build Models Together

You don't watch us build models then try it yourself later. We work through each model as a group, making decisions together and discussing why we structure things certain ways.

Handle Real Data Challenges

Clean datasets with perfect formatting don't exist outside textbooks. We work with messy data, missing information, and unclear requirements because that's what you'll face at work.

Who Teaches These Programs

Our instructors currently work in finance roles where they use these skills daily. Teaching is how they stay sharp and give back to the profession.
